Applying as a Galaxy Artist, only:
Artists of any discipline who wish to be considered to conduct artist visits, artist workshops, master classes or performances in schools complete a short application form and submit it along with supporting materials. Galaxy staff members will conduct a review of the application with invited input from other artists and educators. If applicable, an artist candidate will be invited to the office for a follow-up interview.

Please complete the application in full, sign it, and submit it, along with work samples, to Galaxy by February 1.
