Background Clearances
Please know that, once approved as a Galaxy/PCA artist, you will need to complete (and "pass") three clearances:
- Act 34 (Criminal Background Check)
- Act 141/33 (Child Abuse History)
- Act 114 (Federal Criminal History Record)
Galaxy will provide you with the forms and/or instructions, as needed.
